Physie provides so many wonderful opportunities and benefits for girls and women of all ages to develop attributes that will serve them well throughout their lives.
When we asked some Physie Mums why they love their daughters being involved in physie, this is what they had to say.
“It has taught my daughter to be a good team mate and to work with others.”
“My daughter now sets goals and works hard to try and achieve them.”
“Through physie she has gained confidence. She feels more confident at school now and you can see it passing through her every day life.”
“Physie has provided role models for my daughter. She is an only child but at physie she has lots of “sisters” that she can look up to, ask for advice and reply on for support. She has made lifelong friendships through physie.”
“The thing that I love the most is that it’s something special that we can do together.”
“I love to see the smile on my daughters face when she does physie. It makes her so happy.”
“My daughter started physie primarily to increase her confidence. Three years later and now aged 8, she is so much more confident, has made new and wonderful friends and is always excited about attending class. My journey started 2 years ago and I had no idea what to expect! I was nervous and unsure, but excited too about learning something new! The teachers and ladies were wonderful, welcoming, supportive and encouraging. There is a real warmth and sense of belonging. My daughter and I love what we share a common interest where we can spend time together. We are looking forward to beginning classes again in 2016 !”
