It was a day of stunning physie on Sunday as ladies from all over the country competed at Masters Day and the National Championships at Sydney Olympic Park.
Congratulations to all competitors who made us so proud to belong to such a wonderful sport – you are a credit to your teachers and your performances were breathtaking.
Sally Lamplough was our 2024 Ladies Overall Champion with a brilliant display of control, accuracy, strength and expression.
Special thanks to the volunteers and associates who worked so hard backstage. Without you the day would be impossible.
