When you’re in a queue at the bank or pushing a shopping trolley around and you see a girl with fantastic posture you just KNOW she’s a physie girl. Sometimes you just have to ask “excuse me, do you do physie?” and the answer is always “yes!” And it’s more than just a straight back and some turnout in the feet – it’s a whole air of confidence and poise, of feeling good about themselves.
Young women need to feel this as they make their way into a tough career world and Physie is the perfect sport for this – it empowers girls and gives them a great sense of who they are and what they can achieve. Through an array of performance, competition and team opportunities girls learn to love dance and be proud of themselves.
