UPWARD STRETCH
A perfect upward stretch position is hard to find without a mirror. It takes a LOT of practice. Both arms should be vertical and parallel to each other. Your middle fingers should be directly above the centre of your armpits. One common mistake is lifting the shoulders up. Make sure you lift your arms but not your shoulders and tuck the pelvis under, core on.
