The competition season is upon us again with the first Interclubs for the year about to begin this weekend. Are you ready?!

No doubt you’ve been listening to your teacher, you know your routines inside out and you’ve been working towards your personal goals.  It’s also to important to remember that there are a variety of factors that can affect your performance and preparation.
