Wynnum/Manly physie club held a “High Tea” party recently with around 100 girls attended in their favourite party dresses.
They all enjoyed sharing the party food, having their face painted and playing party games together including ‘dance-off’, doing the old favourite “The Milkshake”.
Teacher Kerrianne said, “because we have girls from different locations it’s nice for them to all come together, meet one another and enjoy some fun in a non-competitive environment.
We like to plan different events for the girls throughout the year for fun like pizza parties, sleepovers, dress-up days and discos. Even though they work hard, the emphasis is not always on competition. And then the girls perform together too at school fetes, the EKKA, Flash Mobs and our end of year concert.”
