Physie is often described as people’s “happy place” and is a time to forget everything else that is happening in the world. Girls and women of all ages have been doing Physie for 131 years and when it comes right down to it, we find that a Physie class can soothe the soul and inspire the heart.
Physie develops agility, strength, focus, discipline, determination, courage, grace, resilience, fitness, balance, commitment…I could go on and on.
When you ask any Physie girl why she loves to dance, the answer will always be…. “I do Physie for the joy of it.”
