There’s an old proverb that says “Everyone is the age of their heart”. At BJP, we agree – you really are only as old as you feel. So if you feel great, you look great too! BJP has a long tradition of keeping ladies fit and healthy and these days our ladies seem to get younger every year! Apart from keeping you fit and active, Physie keeps you mobile, more flexible and with better balance. BJP has ladies of all ages from 18 years up to ladies in their 70’s. Our ladies love their weekly physie class and also have the option of competing in teams and individual competitions if they want to. It’s a great way of goal-setting for the year and feeling like you’ve achieved something. This year, BJP has introduced another ladies teams category for the Over 60’s in response to requests from our growing numbers of ladies.
