On Sunday 16th September at 3.30pm Tomomi Takahashi, BJP’s treasured pianist, will launch her new album “Illusions” at the Independent Theatre, Miller Street North Sydney. Tomomi loves to collaborate with all kinds of artists, so when she was looking for dancers and choreography for two of the musical pieces, she naturally came to us. Girls from one of last year’s senior national finals were invited to perform and 8 of the girls accepted, coming from as far as Newcastle and Canberra to be involved in this special event. If you would like to hear Tomomi play her original compositions and see the Physie girls dance, keep the date free! Tickets go on sale via the theatre’s website VERY SOON! Who is performing? It’s a secret…. Can you guess from the photos? www.theindependent.org.au
