All other events are general admission. You can sit in any available seat at those events.

No. There are now 2 different prices for front-facing and all other tickets.

Front audience section is $30 per adult Tickets and $15 per child Tickets.  Side view and rear audience sections are $25 per adult Tickets and $12.50 per child Tickets.  (Prices exclude booking fees).

Yes. See the map in the event listing. It also lists which age groups perform on which square.

These are the 4 sections:

• • Audience Front (Green)– If you select this section, the performers will be facing you. These are over the most popular seats, and demand is very high during the Tickets sales.
  • Audience Rear (Red)– You will be seated behind the performers. This section is a lot less crowded, and it is easier to get seats close to the performers.
  • Audience Left (Yellow)– These Tickets are on the end closest to the box office. Selec1ng this section can guarantee you are on the side that your performer will be dancing on. These Tickets can be easier to secure compared to front facing.
  • Audience Right (Blue) – This section is furthest from the entry doors at the bus bay end of the Quay Centre. Selec1ng this section can guarantee you are on the side that your performer will be dancing on. These Tickets can be easier to secure compared to front facing.

Here’s some hints that can help you get Tickets in your preferred seating section.

• • Be logged into your Eventbrite account and ready to go when the Tickets go on sale.
  • Know which section you would like to sit in before the sale starts.
  • Using the map to choose specific seats is slower than selec1ng ‘best available’.
  • If you have a preferred section, then you can select ‘best available’ in that section only.
  • If you don’t care where you sit, select ‘best available’ across all Tickets.
  • Tickets will often be dropped out of other members’ carts and then become available so don’t give up straight away if you want a specific section, keep trying.

These events do not sell out. There’s no need to buy Tickets in a section you don’t want for fear of missing out altogether.

You can buy up to 10 Tickets per transac1on. However, you will have more luck getting the seats you want if you are only purchasing 1, 2 or 3 Tickets at a time.

Historically, there are usually front-facing Tickets in single seats or groups of 2 available for at least 30 minutes after Tickets go on sale.

Adults and Childs Tickets are listed as separate op1ons. You will need to select how many adult Tickets and how many child Tickets you want before you start searching for seats.

No. Tickets are not refundable. It is therefore not a good idea to buy seats in different areas in the hope of getting a refund on those you no longer want.

No. Quay centre security staff will not allow audience to stand in any of the walkways.

Yes. In each session, competitors who do not progress may watch free of charge. There are 2 seating areas reserved for them to sit (with a parent): Block E in Aisle 4 and Block N in Aisle 11. These sections are on the sides towards the rear.

Yes. There is one section of front-facing space available for wheelchairs. This section is marked in LIGHT BLUE on the map in the event listing. ONE carer companion may accompany the person in the wheelchair and will be seated close by.

Yes. There are 2 sections of accessible seating. Both are side-view seating. These areas have less foot traffic and conges1on. These sections are marked in PINK on the map in the event listing. ONE carer companion may be seated next to a person in these sections.
