Today I will really pay attention to all the things that are good in my life. I will be grateful for the incredible body in which I travel and all the amazing things it can do. I will appreciate my friends and loved ones. I will resist negativity and reframe my thoughts with gratitude. When I do this, I will experience more positive connections, be happier, feel more alive and be more kind. This positivity will even help me sleep better and have a stronger immune system. I will be grateful for that too.
