Tips for Diamond Arms:
- Place the back of your hands on your sacrum, which is right at the base of your spine.
- Middle fingertips are touching each other.
- Don’t let your wrists bend – keep a straight line from elbows to fingertips.
- Keep your elbows pointing directly sideways to the walls.
- Shoulders back and posture correct!
