Tips for Diamond Arms:

  • Place the back of your hands on your sacrum, which is right at the base of your spine.
  • Middle fingertips are touching each other.
  • Don’t let your wrists bend – keep a straight line from elbows to fingertips.
  • Keep your elbows pointing directly sideways to the walls.
  • Shoulders back and posture correct!
