Leg Raise on Side
- Lie on side propped on elbow and hand
- Keep bottom elbow under shoulder and lift body – don’t slouch
- Lift top leg so that toes point to the ceiling
- Keep both knees straight
- Both legs need to be turned out – top leg especially
- Bottom leg needs to be flat on the floor and pointed
- Ensure shoulders are pulled back and that neck is lengthened
