- Hips must not move sideways.
- Hips and shoulders should not rotate.
- Keep the head centred.
- Create a strong, clean line through your body.
- Keep your posture tall and lifted.
- Engage your legs and maintain control.
- Keep your chest open and head lifted.
- Focus on alignment and placement.
- Think “tall and stretched” throughout the movement.
- The best way to practice is against a wall.
