- Arms softly at reverse oblique
- This is a demi-plie in 4th where the back foot is on the ball
- The body leans forward very slightly with a straight back(nose directly over front knee)
- The back foot should be behind the front foot
- Knees are relaxed and turned out so that they point no wider than the inclines
- The shape between your legs should be a kite shape
