Crouch Sit

  • Heels together. Feet in a small V.
  • Hands should be shoulder width apart in front of feet.
  • Squeeze your knees together.
  • Keep your head in line with your body.
  • Pull your tummy in tight, it will help stretch your back.
  • Hands flat on the floor if possible. If you are unable to place hands flat on the floor then touch the floor with fingertips to keep balance.
