  • Fingertips touching together on your neck.
  • Press the back of your neck against your hands.
  • Elbows should be out.
  • Head straight.
  • Try to ensure that your wrists stay straight – don’t let them bend!
  • There should be a straight line along forearms and hands, from elbow to elbow.
