Crouch Sit
- Heels together. Feet in a small V.
- Hands should be shoulder width apart in front of feet.
- Squeeze your knees together.
- Keep your head in line with your body.
- Pull your tummy in tight, it will help stretch your back.
- Hands flat on the floor if possible. If you are unable to place hands flat on the floor then touch the floor with fingertips to keep balance.
