Volunteer Week is a time to pause, reflect and celebrate the incredible people who give their time, energy and passion to make our communities stronger. At BJP Physie, volunteers are not just part of what we do—they are what makes everything possible.

From the moment a member walks into a class, it’s the warmth of a volunteer that welcomes them. It’s the dedication of teachers who spend hours working on the  routines, encouraging confidence and nurturing a love of movement. It’s the behind-the-scenes helpers who organise competitions, answer emails, manage registrations and ensure every event runs smoothly.

Volunteer Week is our opportunity to say thank you. Thank you for the early mornings and late nights. Thank you for the patience, the positivity and the passion. Thank you for being role models, mentors, organisers and cheerleaders. Thank you for creating spaces where members feel safe, supported and inspired.

For many, BJP Physie is more than just a class—it’s a second home. And that feeling doesn’t happen by accident. It’s created by volunteers who go above and beyond, year after year.
