Last Sunday saw the introduction of a new Ladies team competition for Over 60’s and they were fantastic. There were 7 teams competing, with amazing ladies who clearly love their physie and are planning to keep doing it for many years to come!
Congratulations to all the ladies who competed on Sunday, you have inspired many a younger lady make sure that physie stays a part of their life.
It’s obvious from watching these ladies that physie keeps you fit and healthy as well as flexible and strong. But it’s not all hard work – as you can see from the pics (click on ‘read the full post’) – that fun and friendship play a big part too…
