DON’T STOP STRETCHING IN THE HOLIDAYS!!! It’s really important to keep up your stretching regime during the holidays so that you’re ready to start Physie again in February, all ready to go and no risk of “overdoing it” the first week back.  Here’s a good way to practice the splits.  REMEMBER TO DO BOTH LEGS.  30 seconds each leg, relax and keep breathing slowly.


1. Stretch your hip flexor (front of hip)


2. Stretch your upper hamstring (under the thigh)


3. Slowly slide down into the splits
