Sit Off

  • Start at long sit
  • Bend knees and fold legs to the side sitting off onto one hip
  • Pull shoulders back and lift body up out of hips
  • Keep legs together as you sit off
  • Ensure arms are placed tidily, extended at your sides like a long sit position
  • Place one hand flat on the floor
  • Lift the body as much as possible as you transition to the next position
  • Keep feet together and toes pointed
