Sit Off
- Start at long sit
- Bend knees and fold legs to the side sitting off onto one hip
- Pull shoulders back and lift body up out of hips
- Keep legs together as you sit off
- Ensure arms are placed tidily, extended at your sides like a long sit position
- Place one hand flat on the floor
- Lift the body as much as possible as you transition to the next position
- Keep feet together and toes pointed
