Chest to Floor at Astride

  • Sit in astride sit
  • Shoulders over hips, chest up, knees straight, legs turned out and toes pointed
  • Take chest toward the floor stretching body as far as you can to flatten your back
  • Touch your little toes (or as far down your legs as you can reach). Keep fingers together
  • Keep arms straight
  • Keep both knees straight
  • Both legs need to be turned out – ensure that your legs don’t roll in or that your feet sickle
  • Ensure shouldersuntitled2 (2) are pulled back and that neck is lengthened
