Chest to Floor at Astride
- Sit in astride sit
- Shoulders over hips, chest up, knees straight, legs turned out and toes pointed
- Take chest toward the floor stretching body as far as you can to flatten your back
- Touch your little toes (or as far down your legs as you can reach). Keep fingers together
- Keep arms straight
- Keep both knees straight
- Both legs need to be turned out – ensure that your legs don’t roll in or that your feet sickle
- Ensure shoulders
are pulled back and that neck is lengthened
