Take weight on your hands, push your shoulders away from your ears and push your chest towards your legs. Raise your left leg up and push your right heel down (a good calf stretch too). Then bend the left knee, open the left hip up and let the foot drop down. Stretch to the ceiling again, then lower and rest before changing legs. Stretch slowly, always keep breathing and relax your body. Don’t push too hard – work for tiny improvements each time you stretch.
