Physie is back for the year!
Girls and ladies all over Australia have returned back to class to learn the new choreography and routines for 2016. We can tell they are loving it by the huge smiles on their faces!
Physie is a great form of exercise, keeping you fit and increasing your energy levels. It also helps you manage stress, reduces anxiety, boosts self-esteem and confidence, boosts your mental alertness and enhances your mood and you’ll find that your flexibility and posture will improve too.
