Our clubs are so excited that restrictions have eased and we can now have 20 students in every class. As the schools and council halls slowly readmit clubs back into their venues, Physie life begins to return to normal, much to the relief of Physie families everywhere who will soon be able to put the furniture back in the lounge room!

As the countdown to the competitions starts, we’re all holding our breath to find out how many audience members will be allowed in to watch. It’s impossible to know just yet and it all depends on government decisions but, with so many months still to go, we’re very hopeful that everyone will be able to watch their favourite competitions.

With Physie girls being so practised at social distancing in both champion girl and teams, complying with the distancing rules this year won’t be hard for them at all!  We don’t yet know when the comps will start or how they’ll be structured – there’s at least a hundred different ideas and they’re all on the table at this stage.  But as soon as were able to make our decisions and we have a timetable for you, we will let you know.

So, for all you Physie girls and ladies out there, keep practising hard at home with your videos, support your teachers and keep smiling. We know you’ve missed interclubs this year – it’s a year of big disappointments all round – but we hope we can make up for it with a fantastic season of individual AND team competitions later in the year!

Keep Calm and Physie on…

Stretch your limits!
