Astride
At astride the distance between your heels should be the same as the width of your shoulders. A common mistake at astride is allowing the abdominal muscles to relax which lets the spine arch. To fix this, turn on your core and tuck the pelvis under. This will help you achieve a neutral spine alignment and perfect posture.
