Prop on Side
Prop on side looks easy but it’s not! First you have to lift your body up, not let your chest sag to the floor. Keep the top hip aligned over the bottom hip. Ensure your legs are in parallel with sides of big toes together. And last, but NOT least, make sure your hands are in the right position, pointing forward, shoulder width apart. The arm you are leaning on should have the elbow directly under the shoulder, the arm should be pointing forwards and have no bend in the wrist.
