Our intrepid travelling physie girl, Jayne Cosgrove, has made it all the way to Adelaide! She says, “I had a fabulous time at Adelaide Physie with the ladies who happily shared their time and knowledge with me. They are an extremely friendly bunch of talented ladies with an amazing teacher, Colleen, who has great physie knowledge. I’m so grateful for all the advice and tips and I have some homework to do!” Jayne can’t wait to get the DVD and learn the rest of the routines before her next visit to another club. Her message to Colleen is, “Hopefully I will make you proud when we meet up at the interclub later this year and you will see that I have taken on your advice.”
