All little girls love to dance… and, as this photo shows, you’re never too young to start!  We are often asked, “how old do you have to be to start physie?”  Well, the answer is, “If you can walk, you can do physie!”

Most preschoolers start at 3 or 4 years, but often there are 2 year olds who are ready to separate from mum and join in the class.  BJP’s Preschoolers Syllabus teaches fine and gross motor skills, coordination, balance and rhythm.  But most of all, it’s fun.

Little girls love to sing along to the nursery rhymes and songs and have a wonderful time while learning skills that will benefit them in their future, not just with dancing but with academic achievement and general health and wellbeing.
