“Hi. My name is Louise and I’m 29 with 2 young kids. I started doing Physie at a NSW club when I was 8 and stopped at 16. Then, for the first time in 12 years, I started doing Physie again this year in Queensland. I have always loved Physie and now I wish I had never stopped. It was brilliant for my confidence and posture growing up. I’m absolutely loving being at Westside Physie and I’m so glad I chose to join this club! Everyone I have met has been so welcoming and genuine. I would recommend any young girl to join Physie just for the fun and meeting loads of amazing girls. I know that once my daughter (who is now only 2 years) is old enough, I will encourage her to join to the fun of Physie.”
