It is very important that you hydrate your body. Be sure to take a water bottle with you when exercising and check out some of the other helpful hints below to ensure that you look after yourself.

Try to plan a meal including foods with high water content. These are some options with 90+% water!
Veggies: tomatoes, celery, cucumber, radishes, cauliflower
Fruits: Watermelon, spinach, strawberries & cantaloupe
Not a huge fan of water?
Mix some fruits with your water to add some flavor. Infused water tastes delicious and will quench your thirst!
