Pennant Hills Zone were very excited and honoured to come together and perform flashmobs at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Girls from Winston Hills, Guilford Greystanes, Kings Langley, Pennant Hills and Berala spent a whole day of working hard, sweating and having fun practicing and rehearsing.
It was only one week before our performance at the Easter show when we started rehearsing our routine. We were taught a 13 minute routine that we had to perform three times throughout the day of the Easter Show. It was so much fun learning the routine and watching it all come together.
As we were heading to perform, all of our hearts were racing and we were all so excited to dance and show everyone what we had. Whilst we were waiting for the music to start we were all standing around acting like we were just part of the crowd walking by, which was pretty funny. As soon as we all heard the music start we were all pumped and ready.
‘I had a wonderful time performing Physie at the Easter Show this year. It was a lot of fun dancing and working with other girls from different clubs, especially since we are always competing against one and other. All the effort and hard work that we Physie girls put into learning the routine definitely paid off. When we were performing it all came together and looked amazing. I loved showing everyone how enjoyable Physie is and what Physie really is all about’ – Alyssa Neagle (13 years)
Having the opportunity to perform outside of comps with our zone is so much fun and brings the girls closer together, so many new friendships are formed. It was amazing to see what we could pull off in such a short time and how the girls worked so hard to make sure we represented BJP physie the best we could. As a teacher, I’m so proud of all the girls and their hard work, patience and joy and as a performer. I had the best time! – Hayley Gillett (Open Seniors)
A big thank you to Rachelle Adams for organising the whole day and choreographing such a fun, entertaining routine. Your hard work and dedication to physie is greatly appreciated!
Finally thank you to BJP for this amazing opportunity.

THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP
You can’t buy self-confidence right? No. But you can get it through friendship. Your Physie friends have your
