School holidays are a time for fun, relaxation, and family, but they’re also a great opportunity for your daughter to keep up her Physie skills in an enjoyable and stress-free way! Practicing at home doesn’t have to feel like training—it can be a fun bonding experience that helps build confidence, strength, and flexibility. Here are some creative ways to make Physie practice fun over the break!
1️⃣ Turn Practice into a Dance Party
Make practicing feel like play by turning on your daughter’s favorite Physie music and letting her dance freely!
✅ Encourage her to freestyle and express herself before running through routines.
✅ Join in the fun and try to follow along—it will boost her confidence and make great memories!
✅ Set up a “Physie Performance Night” where she can showcase her routines for family and friends.
Bonus: Record her practicing so she can see her progress and celebrate improvements!
2️⃣ Make Practice a Fun Challenge
Kids love games, so turn Physie practice into a friendly challenge:
✅ Pick a Move Game – Write different Physie movements (e.g., high kicks, lunges, plies) on pieces of paper, put them in a jar, and take turns picking and performing them.
✅ Hold It Challenge – See how long she can hold a strong posture, balance, or maintain a split.
3️⃣ Take Practice Outside
Fresh air and a change of scenery can make practice more enjoyable!
✅ Practicing kicks and stretches on the grass improves balance and control.
✅ Walking barefoot on grass strengthens foot muscles for better balance and stability.
4️⃣ Stretch & Strengthen Together
✅ Do a plank challenge together—it’s great for core strength and posture!
✅ Try partner stretches for flexibility.
✅ Practice posture by standing tall with shoulders back while walking around the house.
5️⃣ Create a “Physie Goals” Board
Help your daughter set fun, achievable goals for the holidays!
📝 Write down 3-5 small goals like:
✅ Holding a strong posture for 1 minute.
✅ Improving kick height by a few centimeters.
✅ Perfecting a specific routine section.
A visual goal board keeps her motivated and makes progress feel rewarding!
Most Importantly—Keep It Fun & Lighthearted!
The school holidays are for rest, fun, and family time. Let practice be stress-free and playful. Encouragement, praise, and shared excitement will help your daughter continue to love Physie and stay confident in her abilities!
