Charli loved competing at the age of 6 but she just couldn’t control her nerves.
She would cry throughout the routines but refused to come off the floor because deep down she really wanted to be out there taking part.
Now she is 12 and performs in front of thousands of people with confidence.
She thanks physie for giving her the strength to believe in herself.
