This is Eva from Sefton physie club.
In 5 short years, she has been empowered for life by physie. She has learned to dance and be strong and she’s had fun doing it.
But more than that… she has gained control of her body AND of her mind.
She has gained the power of FOCUS and determination and the achievement of reaching her goals. The only way now for Eva is UP! We hope she has a long and happy physie career.
