Starting this club has not only fulfilled a dream I had as a young teen, it’s also a way to share something truly special with my family and community. It’s a space where girls and women of all ages can come together and experience all the enriching things this unique sport naturally fosters.
And as it turns out, when something brings this much joy, confidence and connection, it creates a little bit of a buzz on its own. We’re so grateful that the word has spread so beautifully, mostly through heartfelt chats, shared stories and a deep belief in the many benefits of this sport. We’re growing steadily and it’s really special to be a part of it!
Our aim is to build more than a club, we want to create a hive. A buzzing, joy-filled space where every bee belongs. A place to move, connect and feel completely yourself. Where laughter leads the way, strength grows without pressure and friendships form in the in-between moments – before class, after class and everywhere that the ‘Physie Life’ may take us…
