Today, start a gratitude list.
At first this may seem difficult and like you’re searching to find things to be grateful for, but after you spend some time just writing what comes to mind, you’ll find it becomes easier. So don’t go searching let the gratitude come to you.
Some days the big stuff might come up – like your relationships, health, the gorgeous and supportive group of Physie friends you have, the roof over your head or the comfy bed you sleep in. Other days it might be the smaller stuff like your morning coffee that comes to mind.
Each time we acknowledge something and ‘give thanks’, magic happens!
