What makes physie so special for you?
Physie is special to me because it allows me to express myself and transport into another dimension.

How do you keep fit, healthy and flexible over the break so that you’re ready for the new year?
To keep fit and healthy over the break I enjoy going for walks with my dog and the occasional bush walk.
