  • Keep head in line with body and nose pointing toward the floor (not touching).
  • Keep arms so that palms are flat on floor with fingertips level with chin. Like a heave
  • Keep shoulders relaxed
  • Hands are wider than shoulders so it allows shoulders to be on the floor
