Kelly Neill recently asked the members of her club to write down their thoughts on physie. The answers were inspiring and a little overwhelming.
Melissa Berry does the Ladies class and has a daughter in the 6 years. She says, “I love our club for the support and love they give us in every aspect of our lives. Being part of Kings Langley club makes me smile as I think of all the wonderful people who are now in our lives thanks to our amazing teachers. We all share the same passion for this inspiring sport.”
Layla Ewart in the 13 years says, “I have made some awesome friends at our club that have the same dreams as I do. Our club helps us work perfectly together as a team and brings out the best in me.”
Caroline Bayada’s daughter is in the 9 years. She says, “The club gives the girls a community to belong to – a community which is happy and safe where they feel cared for and valued. The club gives all the girls a chance to shine.”
Nicole Vasquez is also in the Ladies class with a daughter in the 8 years. She says, “Our club is not a club but a family. When I need them, they are there, when they need me I’m there. There is nothing but laughter, love, support and kindness.” Who could ask for anything more?
And what does teacher Kelly think? “Teaching physie to all these wonderful families is great but knowing that they are learning a lot more than just physie is inspiring. It’s such a rewarding job!”
