photoAt the beginning of the year Violet’s mum wanted to take her to Physie because it was all about being strong and healthy. And she’s glad she did!

She says “Physie is a great way to increase Violet’s fitness and for her to develop life-long friendships. Even for us mums too – the physie spirit of our physie club is such a warm and friendly one.”

Q: How old are you?
A: I’m 6 years old.

Q: What do you like about it?

Q: How did you feel before your first competition?
A: Very excited and a bit scared and it was fun too.

Q: How did you feel afterwards?
A: I felt sad because I wanted to do it all again I loved it so much.

Q: Was it what you expected?
A: I didn’t think I would win a medal but I did!

A: I was super happy because I had fun.
