BACKS AGAINST THE WALL: When sitting at Long Sit, try to lengthen up through the spine to make your back as straight as possible. Visualise that you are making a perfect “L” shape. To test yourself, sit at long sit against a wall and see how straight you are.
Now sit at astride sit and employ the same principle. It’s easy to lean forward at astride sit but you should still be aiming for that perfect “L” shape, no matter how wide your astride is.
If you want to be sure, get your back against the wall!
