My life as a Physie girl in 5 words is fun, exciting, happy, hard-work and friendship.
Preparing to perform on the 2025 video was a lot of hard work with my teacher Miss Catherine but we had the best time and had lots of fun, like the time she let me wear her sunglasses while I was practising.
My favourite thing about the video shoot was meeting all of the other video performers, taking photos with my teacher and doing the training module with my mum. We even got to wear the same performance wear!
My favourite routine to perform for the video was the dance – I love it because it’s fun but also challenging. I love doing the high kicks!
My favourite quote is “Work hard, be kind and have fun!”
When I’m not doing Physie I’m at school, dancing class or playing with my friends and my little brother Luca.
I’ll always be grateful for my family.
My Physie teacher always says “ Don’t forget to point your toes, hit the beat, and I love you Izzy!”
I am inspired by my mum because I love watching her do Physie and she always helps me practice.
