Preparing to perform on the 2025 video was… I loved the challenge of learning the work so quickly and having my brain in overdrive remembering the syllabus while trying my best to perfect it. It was an intense experience but one I’ll cherish.
My favourite thing about the video shoot was…. It was great to get to see all the other performers backstage and wish them luck, and also being able to share the day with my teacher Carly and mum Louise.
My favourite routine to perform for the video was…. The dance is so fun to perform, but the story of the contemporary is my favourite to tell!
My favourite quote is… “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.” It always motivates me!
When I’m not doing Physie I’m ….. In the lab or spending time with family and friends.
I’ll always be grateful for …. The ability to move my body and do a sport that makes me feel good.
My Physie teacher always says …. Carly always tells me to trust myself .
I am inspired by … All of the Physie women in my life – my teacher, my mum, my teammates, my students, my supporters and my peers. In their own ways, they all inspire me.
