It was a night of stunning physie on Wednesday night as ladies from all over the country competed at the National Championships at Sydney Olympic Park. Every lady who competed should consider themselves a champion not only for placing in their regional zone and qualifying for Nationals but for performing for an audience of over 1,000 people. The standard was extremely high with a beautiful display of strength, control, grace and expression.
The overall Ladies title was won by Peta Jacobsen who, when asked how she felt, said “I really can’t describe it because there are so many emotions! It was so surreal but then I just focussed on soaking up the moment and appreciating how lucky I was.”
