Neck Rest
- Fingertips touching together on your neck.
- Press the back of your neck against your hands.
- Elbows should be out.
- Head straight.
- Try to ensure that your wrists stay straight – don’t let them bend!
- There should be a straight line along forearms and hands, from elbow to elbow.
