Prop On Side
- Lie on one side, legs together and toes pointed.
- Ensure that your feet don’t sickle!
- Take the weight on your forearm (of the underneath arm).
- Place the hand of the top arm on the floor.
- Hands shoulder width apart.
- Fingers pointing forward (unless the syllabus says otherwise).
- Forearms should be parallel.
- Lift your chest away from the floor as much as possible.
- Head upright
- Ensure that your toes are in line with your body (create a straight line from head to toe).
