- Lay down facing the floor
- Ensure feet and legs are together
- Keep head in line with body and nose pointing toward the floor (not touching).
- Keep arms so that palms are flat on floor with fingertips level with chin. Like a heave
- Keep shoulders relaxed
- Hands are wider than shoulders so it allows shoulders to be on the floor
