“64 girls & ladies from Mortdale & Sydney City Physie Clubs came together for a fabulous workshop last Saturday. We learnt so much and had lots of laughs & fun throughout the day. Thanks to Nola for organising the day & thank you so much to Emma & Phoebe for giving up their time to help us improve our physie. We had a terrific day & lots of girls & ladies went home tired and woke up very sore on Sunday. Now….to remember all we were taught!!!”
